Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Steps to ensure a refund are as follows:
1. Call or email us for a return approval code and instructions on shipping
2. Return the item(s) by carrier/shipping company approved by our office
3. Once returned we will refund all items undamaged, unused and with all labels and tags intact
NOTE: If returns are damaged the products may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Music downloads are exempt from refunds due to them being a downloadable software product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a damaged item please contact us at email@example.com so we can arrange for the item(s) to be replaced or returned.
